STARLING ADS is looking for a driven and commercially minded business development manager to help grow client relationships, identify new opportunities, and strengthen revenue across our services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

What you'll do
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- • Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners.

- • Work with internal teams to shape offers, pricing, and solution positioning.
- • Support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue development.
- • Track opportunities, follow up consistently, and manage deal progress.
- • Represent the brand professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry opportunities.
What you'll bring
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or account growth.
- • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- • Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- • Target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- • Experience in agency, B2B, marketing, or service-based environments is an advantage.
