We don't just "advertise"; we build emotional gravity and force the pause in a world of endless scrolling.We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial growth. In this role, you will sell high-value agency partnerships. These encompass everything from 360° branding and digital campaigns to AI automation and physical retail fabrication. You will hunt for new brand partnerships, nurture high-value client relationships, and scale an elite agency sales engine.Core Responsibilities
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and close contracts with enterprise founders, SMEs, and retail brands across the GCC region.
- Ecosystem Solution Selling: Effectively pitch Starling Ads' full suite of services. This includes Branding, Social Media, 3D Fabrication, Web/E-commerce, and AI Automation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage our sales team to achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using advanced CRM tools, delivering accurate revenue forecasts to leadership.
- Proposal & Pitch Collaboration: Coordinate with the Creative Director and production teams to design deeply persuasive, strategic client pitches.
- Strategic Networking: Represent Starling Ads at major UAE industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within a creative agency, digital marketing, or media production environment in the UAE.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets and managing extended corporate sales cycles.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the modern marketing landscape. This includes branding psychology, performance marketing, and AI tools.
- Network: An existing, active Rolodex of corporate clients and business founders within Dubai, Sharjah, and the wider UAE market.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on proficiency with modern CRM platforms, AI-driven automation workflows, and sales enablement software.
- Communication: Masterful communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills in English (Arabic fluency is a significant plus).
