Exhibition design
Exhibition stands designed around how visitors move, what they need to understand in the first few seconds, and what the brand wants them to remember when they leave.
Some stories only work when you can walk into them.
Exhibition stands, experiential marketing, XR, virtual production, spatial branding, signage, and fabrication, designed so a brand becomes a place people can step into. The Design Studio also works as an extended design team for production houses, fabricators, event companies, and creative studios.

There is no fixed price. The cost of an exhibition stand in Dubai depends on its size, whether it is single or double deck, custom or modular, the materials and finishes, AV and interactive elements, storage and reuse, venue rules, and the build and dismantle windows. We share an indicative investment once the scope is understood.
An experiential agency turns a brand into something people experience in person: a stand, an installation, a launch space, or an immersive environment. The aim is memory. People forget most of what they scroll past, but they remember places they have stood in and experiences they were part of.
At Starling Ads, experiences are designed from the brand outward, so the space says the same thing as every campaign and conversation around it.
Physical and immersive experiences that transform brands into environments people can step into.
Exhibition stands designed around how visitors move, what they need to understand in the first few seconds, and what the brand wants them to remember when they leave.
Brand experiences and activations that give people something to do, not just something to look at.
Extended reality experiences that add a digital layer to a physical space, or take visitors somewhere a physical build cannot.
Virtual production environments where digital sets and physical production meet, for film and content that would be impractical to shoot on location.
Fabrication that carries a design into a physical build: structures, stand elements, and brand pieces made to the drawings.
The identity brought into physical space through materials, light, graphics, and wayfinding, so the environment itself feels like the brand.
Signage designed as part of the identity, so direction and information feel like the brand rather than an afterthought.
Installations that surround visitors with a story, combining space, light, sound, and digital content.
An exhibition is a short window with a crowded audience. A stand has to be understood at a glance, invite people in, and give them a reason to stay long enough for a real conversation.
We design stands and brand experiences with that in mind: one clear idea, a layout planned around visitor flow, and a build detailed so it can be produced and installed within the venue's rules. Where it makes sense, a stand can be designed for storage and reuse across more than one event.
Some brand stories need more than a physical build. XR experiences add digital layers to a space or replace it entirely, and virtual production lets film and content be made in digital environments instead of on location.
Both sit alongside physical design because the question is the same: what should people experience, and what is the right way to build it?
The Design Studio is the design engine behind Spaces & Experiences, covering the path from first idea to production-ready detail.
Graphics, layouts, and visual material for stands, spaces, and presentations.
Realistic 3D visualization that shows how a space will look and feel before anything is built.
Drawings that translate design intent into information fabricators and contractors can build from.
Complex, freeform 3D forms modelled for sculptural and organic design elements.
Layouts and spatial planning that decide how people move through a space and what they encounter along the way.
Environmental and production graphics, applied consistently across a space.
Files prepared for production, so what was designed is what gets made.
Visuals that explain a concept clearly in proposals and presentations.
We partner with production houses, fabrication teams, event companies, and creative studios that need high-level design support without building a full in-house department.
From rapid concept development to execution-ready assets, we integrate directly into your workflow as a seamless creative extension of your team.
Four stages, from the first brief to the build.
The brief, the audience, the venue or setting, and what the brand needs people to remember.
The concept and the spatial strategy: what the experience is, how people move through it, and what it must do for the brand.
Spatial design, 3D visualization, and graphic systems that show how the experience will look and work before anything is built.
For a space, Build means technical drawings, production-ready assets, and fabrication, carrying the design from screen into the physical world.

A space does its job when it is built on a clear brand and supported by a campaign that brings the right people to it. Spatial branding and signage draw directly from the identity system, and an exhibition moment often anchors a wider campaign.
Designing both within one ecosystem keeps the story consistent, from the stand itself to the conversations that follow it.
Brands people remember, built from what is true.
Attention is earned. Then it is converted.
Brand, spatial, and systems projects, shown as proof of capability.
Some stories cannot be told through a screen. They need to become environments people can step into.
Yes. Fabrication is part of Spaces & Experiences. The same work that produces the concept, the 3D visualization, and the technical drawings carries through into production-ready assets and the physical build, so the design intent survives the move from screen to space.
Virtual production combines physical filming with digital environments, so scenes can be shot in settings that would be impractical or impossible to build. It gives more control over location, lighting, and changes during a shoot. Starling Ads designs virtual production environments as part of Spaces & Experiences.
Interior design shapes how a space functions and feels. Spatial branding makes the space say something specific about a brand, through identity, materials, graphics, signage, and experience. Spatial branding starts from the brand system rather than from the room.
